Property Types and Styles Update

At Street, we're implementing a new way of formatting property types and styles. We're changing the definition of property types and styles and adding several new property types, giving our users more control over property management within Street.

By comparing the values in the tables below, you can now see a clear distinction between property types (e.g. house, cottage, apartment) and property styles (e.g. detached, semi-detached, terraced).

For those utilising our Property Feed API, this means that there will be a change in the values you recieve from the following endpoints:

• api/property-feed/v1/sales/search
• api/property-feed/v1/lettings/search

You will still find the following attributes in your response:
